Now here are two very special, super rare, and totally exclusive behind-the-scenes pictures that aren't technically behind-the-scenes. They're promotional shots, a first for us, but worth five moderately cool photos because they feature Johnny Cash crazily shooting a machine gun. A lot of people don't remember that Cash acted numerous times and was often quite good.
He nicely pulled off the good guy sheriff against Andy Griffith's bad guy in 'Murder in Coweta County', a very hard to find made-for-TV movie that's worth the search. Here, however, Johnny Cash plays Johnny Cabot in Five Minutes to Live. As you can see in these variations of the same pose, he's a bit of a nut and you can understand why it was re-issued with the new title Door-to-Door Maniac.
